Julian Hodge Bank

I am unsure which fixed rate cash ISA to go for...Does anyone know whether the Julian Hodge Bank fixed rate cash ISA at 3% over 5 yrs is a recommended option, or if Leeds Building Society at 2.85% is a better choice?
Thanks!

How much are you putting in the isa?

If you aren't using maximum then an ISA may not be best option.

on the face of it, the better rate is the better account to go for.
if the terms are the same.
if the account has FSCS protection.
