Hi,

Scrambling to get this appeal in before the deadline due to laziness.

One quick question: The charge is filed against me, however I am not the registered keeper. My flatmate and I share the car and he is. Is there anything they can do against me? Do I just appeal in the same way but state that I am not the registered keeper?

If you've already admitted to being the driver then the appeal is entirely down to you, the keeper doesn't enter into it.
