Just to clarify, I am not saying that you are a victim of DA, just asking you to check if its the case - the app on your phone that tracks your phone that your partner has installed is disgusting.
The links here will explain how your emails, internet and mobile use can be compromised and what to do about it.

When you go out, switch off your phone and take the battery out. Go to Tesco or Asda and buy a cheap PAYG phone to use whilst out - give that number to people you trust - and have their numbers on fast dial on that phone. Do not let him know that you have done this - and lock it in your car - don't take it into the house whilst he is still there. When you are in the house, just use your own phone as per normal.0

It's an iPhone so it's being tracked using the lost iPhone thing on iTunes and it's gps
I daren't change my iTunes password as well. I've already changed the pass lock on the phone and my iPad, banking details and an email address.
I can't cope with the emotional blackmail if I do everything at once.0 -

You need to take some control. Change the password.
If you really can't, then just disable tracking
