    Afternoon all
Very busy at work today, so the day went quickly.
My hubby & I have joint & separate accounts, our wages go into our own accounts & we both pay £700 into the joint account, all the bills come out of the joint account. It works for us.
I'm off to do some sewing, last alteration job & then my own sewing, I want to watch Happy Vally on catchup too.
    Have a good evening everyone.
    Hugs Hester
    Chin up, Titus out.

Molly I read yesterday but didn't post. Wanted to say sorry for everything you're going through at the moment, it sounds horrendous. Great news your op did work, albeit temporarily. Hopefully whatever has happened to stop it working they can fix.

I'm 6 weeks post op now (can't believe how fast time has gone), and unfortunately my bladder is not recovering how they'd like, and if am apparently unlike any other patient they've had! Since being home I've only left the house 3 times, all for medical appointments, and feel like a prisoner in my own home. Trying to stay positive, but it's difficult.

Anyway, will go back to lurking again now!

Same here Ladyshopper - we are in the same situation - they always call me complicated!!!! Really hope you fell better soon x
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

Us to, although we pay in a %age of the total bills based on our monthly take-home pay. Haven't yet confessed that my current contract pays more than my old job, but I did spend quite a bit while "between jobs" so the extra will sort that out :o

Thanks Molly. I'm sure like me you don't want to be classed as complicated! I took a big risk with this op but whilst everything was explained very well, what is happening to me wasn't even discussed as I don't think they've dealt with it before.

I await a call from the nurse specialists - they are waiting to speak to the urology drs who are currently at a conference in the USA. When I was in 6 weeks ago they went off to Stockholm the day after my surgery. Doesn't seem too bad a life for them!
