I've arranged to pick up the results from the post office from 8am. Seemed to be a common procedure as the guy took my details over the phone. Few glasses of wine later should calm me down. Daughter is not worried at all.

Lol MaggieMc - I think there are a lot of nervous wrecks across NI tonight. I'm just gonna wait for the postie. I'm goin on the wine now and hopefully I'll get a lie in tomorrow morning as I've been craving a duvet day all week but had to get up for work !

Having a few glasses ourselves tonight,we are worried, as the thoughts of our daughter having to go to the local secondary would kill us,but we know she has the brain power so hopefully all will have went well:)
Post arrives about 10am,so gonna have a nice breakfast,then plan to head out for lunch to her favourite restaurant and some girlie shopping to Claire's,then do some stuff on Sunday as well...it's her weekend,she has worked hard for it,no matter what the results.

Hi folks, daughter did v well (103 AQE & A in GL) we r so proud of her and she's delighted. Just glad it's over, hope all ur kids r happy with their results x

Whoop whoop, daughter got her A in GL and 112 in AQE. So glad that's all over!! Hope all goes well with everyone else.

After a long wait for the postman at 9am... We had brilliant news with my sister scoring 106 in AQE!! Such a relief now we can enjoy the day and she can enjoy some well done presents
