Helexine soleiroili is very shallow-rooted, and prone to dry out very quickly. You can get a spade under a clump and just lift it, or hoe in dry weather. It will succumb to glyphosate as well. Raking lawns regularly helps keep it at bay. It can thrive in a compost heap. I know the latter from experience... hence one of my beds is plastered with the danm thing.
But, it does go from persistence, and a hot summer is a good time to start. The beautiful thing about learning is nobody can take it away from you.
Thanks to everyone who contributes to this wonderful forum. I'm very grateful for the guidance and friendliness that I always receive from you.

Any ideas for Rose Bay Willow herb. We have 3 acres of Oak wood with bluebelles that have ever increasing swathes of it. I've tried pulling it up but it just regrows and digging is not an option. We have lots of brambles too which I will try the glyphosate dunk method on.0
