hi all
ive moved from t-mobile contract to paug on saturday, they say it costs £10 to move form contract to paug which is then credited to my phone, does anyone know how long ot takes to credit the £10 to my phone?

The £10 credit should appear as soon as you move over to PAYG. You can check your PAYG balance by calling 150.0
