    Justice means following the law. They have done just that; I sympathise with those who aren't getting care that could help them, but that is the way of the world right now.

    I would leave priests out of it. Their reputation with children is far worse than social workers.

    It's difficult, without knowing what happened, to have much of a view, but if the council followed procedure, I wouldn't think there is anywhere else to go with this.

    Councils are strapped for cash, and can't always maintain an ideal situation.

    If it's a financial issue, or one that can be solved with a cash injection, perhaps the priest could get hold of some of the vast riches his religion of choice will be hanging onto, and use a bit of that? :think:

    Which will be a bit more helpful than religious homilies, I would have thought....:whistle:

    I don't understand the POA reference here you cant have a POA over a child.

    What is it actually the person is trying to achieve? More access ? A better placement for the children (child)?

    There is always the ombudsman if they feel the complaint has been dealt with unfairly.
