You shouldn't hijack someone else's thread. Normally I would say to start your own thread, but there really is no need. Your advice will be exactly the same as in post 2, post 4 and post 10
Newbie thread: go to the top of this page and find these words: Main site > MoneySavingExpert.com Forums > Household & Travel > Motoring > Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking. • Before you start saying I was hijacking a thread/forum, I was asking the outcome (not advice) for her ignoring the letter, please read previous post before diving in head first and making a fool of yourself

These things play out over many, many months. It's far too early (since May) to say there is any conclusion.

Wow! What sort of post is this aimed at a forum regular who makes tireless hourly contributions to really helping people with private parking charges.

Makes you wonder why regulars give so much!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
