Hi there I have just received a charge notice for parking in the same car park, which is free btw, did anything come of it or did they just forget?

You shouldn't hijack someone else's thread. Normally I would say to start your own thread, but there really is no need. Your advice will be exactly the same as in post 2, post 4 and post 10

These things play out over many, many months. It's far too early (since May) to say there is any conclusion.
