Sorry to make a new thread but I can't seem to find the right info, I have tried with search too.
Anyway i got a charge notice from cp plus from stopping 5 hours at above wetherby moto. Now I have no intention of paying this anyway as our towbar had broke and we were waiting on the aa who were relaying our trailer back up for us. But I see the several posts saying you cannot ignore it now if it was in England and you stay in England. Well yes car park in England but we stay in Scotland, does that make any difference? Do I still have to reply to them?
