Mo husband decided to go ask the tenant if she had been given notice and just as I suspected she hasn't . Had I right go at the EA telling him I feel that they have taken this house onto the market, sold it to me without advising the vendor regarding the tenants. My mortgage offer is due next week and then I will be kicking their butts

Don't tell me, let me guess. Would the EA also be the letting agent for this property?

So what was the tenant's attitude about leaving when your husband spoke to her?

Will we be seeing another thread on this forum 'My landlord is selling up and I didn't know until the buyer turned up on the doorstep?'
