Samba Replacement

Hi All,
We used to use Samba mobile, for our internet access when out and about at events etc. It was ideal we watched ad's and earn the credit, now that has gone what other options are there ?
Looking for the most cost effective way, we currently have a old 3 dongle that we used samba on.
We dont want a contract as we can go months with out using the dongle at all. So a PAYG option would be the only way.
I looked at 3 and they do a Broadband PAYG for £10.49, with 1GB of Data thats valid for 1 month. How much is it to top a 1 GB up after that ? Is there any other options on PAYG where we can carry the data over to other months ?
Please don't suggest teather to a mobile phone for our needs this isnt possible, we need a dongle.
Just noticed on Amazon they do a 3 1Gb sim for just under £10 might be a option, data last one month, better than nothing, unless anyone knows a better offer. Wish we could carry the data over.
Thanks
