Sounds so familiar :( I lived on ice cubes, only way to keep anything down. I was the same with the weight. I had pills from the doctor but they didn't work. I ended up in hospital on a drip for most of my pregnancy (both times)
I'm glad she's found an understanding doctor. I felt so alone as it doesn't seem a very common condition and people thought I was being a drama queen and that I should just shut up and get on with it.
Tell her I really feel for her and do really understand x

Most of her friends think she is just being dramatic..
She can't even have ice, she is literally sipping tiny drops of water when possible and then sicks it up when there is more than a tea spoon.
She was asked to do a urine sample at drs and managed enough to wet the felty square on the ketone stick. The dr actually wanted her in hospital yesterday but her OH work nights thurs-Tues so she is going in Wednesday instead. We will shuffle Spam between us but it looks like I'll be on nursery run duty!

Back to my flinging I go while OH goes to buy milk and bread

Your poor DD pigpen :( My DIL was in hospital with GD cos she had that technical term posted ^^^^^ up there^^^^ sorry brain fog, she had to be on a drip. When she was carrying my GS she had the usual sickness, perhaps a tad longer than normal but only had to be hospitalised for 24 hrs. I think its girls cos I had sicky with both of mine, I lived in cornflakes when carrying littley cos it was all I could keep down.

Been and got all my shopping from various places, b and q absolutely hopeless for one coat brilliant white gloss  so had to nip across the road to Wickes, for their own brand, and they didnt have, and havent had for weeks, silicone guns pfft! Spent £57 in Aldi and £35 on decorating supplies  Ive come to the conclusion I cant afford to decorate and eating will now become sporadic lmao ;)

Came back hot and bothered, tripped over the cat several times trying to bring everything in, inc lifting her off the car boot shelf  then the dog thought it would be hilarious to stand across the kitchen doorway !!!!!!

Wendy.. she tried ice and she said if one more person suggests crackers or ginger she is going to murder them!

Embb.. nice to see you popping by.. I wasn't sick with any of mine.. I felt icky with the little 3 but I never had issues with my others.. it is hard to understand when you've not experienced it yourself.

Just a thought for the car parkers - keep a blob of blu tack on your dash to stick the ticket to. The tickets MUST be clearly visible; you can be ticketed iof you have multiple stickers on your dash/window as that constitutes not clearly displaying the ticket for the day!

Computer back to silent running mode.

Note to self - buy can of compressed air.

Afternoon all. Another rainy day here but I've managed to quickly walk the dogs between showers. Just me here today, so I'm going to hoover through the house then security mark our belongings.

Good going Juliejim. The sun finally came out so today I have:

    Hoovered through
Done security marking (had to stop when I felt I was getting high from the pen fumes)
Put out rubbish, recycling and composting
Done some tidying and planting in garden

Walked the dogs again. Just making tea for me and them and will probably then do puzzling, read or watch telly, who knows. At least the boredom has passed along with the rain.
