o2 VAT

I havelooked on the forums and things for this problem but have not found anything so far.

I have recently got a 18month £35 per month o2 contract which is fine.... until now.

I have some friends and sweden and denmark to whom i have recently started txting. this costs me 12p per txt. BUT if i go over my £35 a month im instantly charged vat on my £35.

I have spoken to some people and decided that charging vat of £6 something on £35.12 and not £35 cannot be right.

Is there any loophole etc to not get out of the contract but to get my money back or am I stuck.

As some one said if you spend £50 on loo roll you are not suddenly charged VAT.

I think thats all the info needed

VAT is charged anyway on all bills - as you should be able to see on any one of them. As they say, size doesn't matter! Sounds most strange!
