Concert ticket refunds, my seats have been moved!!

In September last year I bought two tickets for a concert, through Eventim Tickets. I assumed they were reputable as they are a member of the STAR group who regulate ticket sales. My daughter and myself chose the seats specifically,as we need to be on ground floor, and I have knee problems and anxiety and therefore chose seats with clear space in front, so I could extend my leg, and not feel closed in. It is now 6 days before the concert, having recieved no communication, or tickets, I was slightly worried, so checked my booking online. On opening my booking on their website, there was a note to say, your seats have now been changed! I called customer service, who in a very flippant manner, told me its not their fault, or problem, the promoters have changed the seating plan, if i dont like it, contact them. The seats i have been re allocated are blocked in with rows in front and wont be suitable. So, can I get a refund?? I booked eight months in advance, chose the seats I wanted, this really dosent seem right???

The terms and conditions that you would have agreed to when purchasing with Eventim are as copied and pasted below:
We and the Promoter reserve the right to provide alternative seats at an Event to those specified on the Ticket if the staging of the Event reasonably requires, provided they are of no less value to that stated on the Ticket (Tickets condition 4).
If an Event is cancelled or rescheduled (including where an event is cancelled or rescheduled as a result of bad weather or other event outside of the control of the Venue or Promoter) or if there is a material change to an Event, we may be authorised by the event organiser or event promoter to issue refunds in which case we will use our reasonable endeavours to refund you the face value of the ticket (excluding any booking fee or service charges) as soon as reasonably practicable. If we are not authorised or otherwise unable to issue refunds directly, we will be able to provide you with information as to whom you should contact to seek a refund, but we are not liable to you for such refund if you are unable to obtain a refund from the applicable Venue or Promoter (refunds and Exchanges clause 8)

You should contact the promoter to see if you can obtain a refund, but they may state that under the terms and conditions you agreed to at the time of the booking they have fulfilled their side of the agreement by providing seats of the same value.0 -
Also you should have bought insurance as well for these eventualities on £250 tickets I just bought for one day at the wireless festival it cost me a fiver per ticket0

Yes i have contacted them, and i have been told no refund, unfortunately did not read ts and cs at time of booking as i naiively assumed that the seats i bought and paid for would be the ones i would get, it seemed like a basic transaction, but lesson learned, i shall never use them again, and have warned friends likewise, to which i found several who had already been stung.0
