EE Through Phones 4 u

Hi,
My contract on O2 (directly) ends on June 8th. I am wanting to move to EE for better service and internet. I've read bad reviews about there customer service. If i do it via phones for you I'm presuming if I have a problem I ring phones for you rather than EE. I'm actually thinking of keeping my S3 and going onto EE sim only monthly until iPhone 6 comes out.
Thanks

If you have a problem with your phone, you would go through Phones4U. Network issues would still be with EE.0

No. If its a problem with your service (as it will be if you are sim only) then you need to go directly to EE support. Also there is little if any financial benefit of going via third parties for sim only contracts. You would be better via one of the cash back online things like quidco etc.0

Hi
Been with Orange/EE for around 8 yrs. The handful of times I've ever had to contact their customer services I've never had any issues at all.
I suppose like any other large company, they probably have their 'off' days.
Nothing to be scared of IMO0 -
Phones 4 u are even worse ...0

Maybe if you needed to contact them nowadays you'd discover it hard to find any "on" days. I've taken them to CISAS twice in 18 months (they caved as soon as it got there because they had absolutely no case).
Of course, as with all networks, if you have no issues (created BY the networks) and you can let the dogs sleep you'll be blissfully unaware...0 -
Move to a virtual operator and go PAYG0
