Morrisons online grocery delivery

Options
Today I used the morrisons grocery delivery service, have to say I was really pleased with it

Only had 1 item missing, no subs, colour coded bags, and a really friendly driver.

Hopefully they will keep that level of service up.

Well done Morrisons.

I don't have my shopping delivered, but is having even one item missing now good service?

If so, it doesn't say a lot for the rest of them!

Haven't used Morrison's online, as the quality of the meat, veg etc., is so poor instore, but good that their delivery is ok.

I've shopped online occasionally with Asda and tbh one item missing is considered excellent service for them:rotfl:

    I always shop instore now!

I had a similar experience with Sainsburys. Subs came in a seperate clue bag, freezer stuff was all packaged together and labeled for me and the driver arrived bang on time and helped me into the house with all my stuff. Well done them, and Morrisons :-)

Was the missing item out of stock or they'd just forgotten it? Excellent service is where everything is there, surely?

I had my delivery from Asda this week and they got an item wrong, although it wasn't a problem as it's something we would use (I only noticed after the driver had gone). Also I only ordered one multipack of 2L lemonade and I got 2, I didn't say anything to the driver as I thought I had got finger happy with the mouse and accidentally clicked 2 (I've done that before), but when I checked the delivery note, there was only one pack on there. Not sure how you can not notice an extra 4 bottles of lemonade!

I've used Tesco's online delivery service weekly for over 2 years and have never had an item missing. I get the occasional substitution (around once a quarter) and very occasionally something is out of stock.

The only time I have been unhappy was at Easter when they would only deliver Easter eggs in one specific week and they substituted all the eggs I had ordered with eggs I didn't want.

I regularly use sainsburys and they have been fantastic.

Tescos are usually pretty good, and if there is a problem, they resolve it pleasantly when you phone them.

My daughter uses Asda, and usually has things missing, or they turn up late.

I use Ocado, absolutely perfect and they bring all the shopping in the house and are really pleasant. The one thing i like most is the recipt they give you, it has everything listed in order of when the best before is for the following week, so i put that on the fridge so I can plan or remember what i should be using before they go off
