    I agree with keyser666

Ocado are great hardly any subs on time they have a good range, we tried Waitrose but there were terrible sillys subs and their computer system overcharged for subs (when on offer their system could not get it right).

Tescos are usually pretty good, and if there is a problem, they resolve it pleasantly when you phone them.

    Lin :)

Tesco are good at time-keeping and their subs can be equal or better than original choice.

Annoying that some of their product descriptions are wrong so sometimes you are shopping in the dark.
Also some of their coupons and multi-shop clubcard bonus offers don't always work.

They do tend to look after you if you raise an issue.

Ocado are the best ever but they don't do a value range.

Morrisons delivery is done by Ocado and all the picking is done in a warehouse by Ocado using Ocado software. Not picked in-store like the other supermarkets.

I use Tesco for delivery. Most of the time you can't complain. I've been using them weekly for about three, maybe even four years now. In that time I've had a few "missing" items and a handful of extremely bizarre substitutions but nothing too bad.

Recently though, they did manage to bring me the wrong item - instead of the jam and cream scone my wife wanted, they brought a trifle. I don't quite get that. It wasn't on the substitution list either, so the picker must have thought they'd got the right item....

My favourite "Eh?" substitution was from Tescos - a 60 watt bayonet fitting lightbulb pack ....substituted with one for the same wattage with a screw fitting.

Some supermarkets have dark stores (no customers lurking about)

That is true for busy areas but my 2 nearest ASDA stores pick from in-store. I know this if I go in early morning as they are going round with their picking trolleys.
