Boss Underpaying Me - Won't Acknowledge My Contribution

If I didn't show up tomorrow, all of their social media channels become redundant. Their rankings would plummet. Their website would go back to 5 visits per day, rather than the 200 visits per day now. When I first joined, they were page 500 on Google getting 5 visits per day - it's now at 200+.
They would have no support for their e-mail infrastructure. Im building a new IT website for them - about 80% complete. It has cost them about £1K-£2K so far in my costs to build it - they'd lose that.
He has alot to lose, and I just can't distinguish if he's having a mexican stand-off with me, or if he's actually prepared to lose me. The more I think about it, he's stupid if he lets me go - because he's spent £10-£15K to lose it all back to how it was. It's plain to see that I've generated way more than he's paid me in salary.
Perhaps I just need to grow some balls and leave.
Also, I know if I go, he won't get somebody else with my knowledge for minimum wage. My manager has said numerous times, "he's stupid because he doesn't understand he's going to have to pay £22K to get somebody else like you anyway".0 -

You got to think about number 1 here and screw the company if they dont want you then tough on them they will miss you once you are not there. In regard to taking time off for Interviews, it depends on what your policy is for sickness and if possible to do the other interviews during lunchtimes.
I would start taking sick days if you get paid that is and then they will realise you are looking for a new job.
good luck with it... hope you finally get what you deserve.Don't trust a forum for advice. Get proper paid advice. Any advice given should always be checked0 -
What does the 200 clicks actually amount to in terms of money though? For all you know it may not be bringing any extra money in maybe?Don't trust a forum for advice. Get proper paid advice. Any advice given should always be checked0

Before I started, their daily visitors were 5 per day, generating no vacancy applications. Over a 5-month period, I am directly responsible for 3,000 applications via the website. At £500-£3000 per placement, it's easily justifiable what my contribution is.
My colleagues (the recruiters) have easily £10K each over the period due to the applications I'm responsible for bringing in. I have also brought on numerous clients who said they found us from searching on Google etc.0 -

I would be concered in the quality of the stuff you have done if you walking out it rots that quick and needs you there constantly to keep it working.
Offer them 2 days a week for the same money on contract to keep it going and and find other work.
Another option is to say you want to split your time IT recruitment from your leads so you start to get a cut of the commisions,
or just a cut off all leads generated from the web
See if the agents making the money will give up a small % to keep you if they believe you are making them money they will be happy to do that then it is not the boss spending more so that excuse is gone.0 -

My colleague said that. Offer him 3days/week on same salary, giving me 2-days free to find another employer or do freelance work.
Might pitch that if Monday comes and he still won't budge!0 -

Thinking about it hit the guys making the money.
Be serious once setup it can't be more than 2 days to keep things running, you charge for new project as extras.
If you are this good why not set up a generic platform than can be sold to other places and customised/supported.
Thats how the money is made, scaling and reuse.0 -
