6630 go via quidco and trade in an old handset and it works out to free for 12 months:

6630 is an old phone now, but still can be used for tomtom 5 so pretty good value if you need that too. Will probably come locked and with tmobile firmware both of which can be removed/updated from the instructions in the unlock BB5 sticky in these forums.

you can change that deal to 150 peak mins... click show all offers and then the 150 appears... failing that just check all the deals for what you want... they are all there.
