I don't add a thanks to the latter sites as all they will get is lot of drivelling & snarling from leasehold haters which doesn't do a lot to help and only reinforces stereotypes and bias. :rotfl:
This is easily solved pay up as asked and then hammer them when they dont do it. if that persists them exercise the right to manage.
Having among on Carlex etc might make you feel better but its better to use your energies and solve the problems.Stop! Think. Read the small print. Trust nothing and assume that it is your responsibility. That way it rarely goes wrong.
