Help Backpacking in Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam what travel currency pre paid card

Hi everyone
Apologies in advance as i know this has been mentioned a few times but I am now on a countdown (13 days) until I go travelling for 2 months around Thailand, Cambodia and vietnam and i am struggling to get my head around what pre paid card I should take.
At first I thought the STA travel card but after reading up you seem to get totally ripped off with fees so from research it appears FairFX card or the Caton FX Global card. I will be using the world wide one topping up in GBP.
So my question is what one do you think is best for cash withdrawls and paying on the cards?
Maths really is not my strong point and working out all these fees and research for weeks on end I am now at a wits end.
Any help or recommendations would be great. I need to order this ASAP as Fairfx quote around 5-7 days for delivery on card
Many thanks in advance
Kelli

ICE Sterling £ Travellers Cashcard used to be a good option, but they've upped their charges to 2.85%.
So FairFx Anywhere is a better deal.
But, in the absence of a standard debit or credit card, think about Kalixa Pay as a second card and backup, as it has no charges(passes on the full Mastercard rate) for purchases and a fixed fee for ATM withdrawals. So useful for those larger cash withdrawals.
Take a look for Kalixa Pay promotion code for a code that will waive the initial £6.95 card fee.0 -
I used the Fairfx anywhere card on similar trip last year In Thailand there is a fee to withdraw money so take out max in one go Also if you have sterling cash then the rate is much better there
In Cambodia Canadiana bank do not charge withdrawal fees0 -
Techcom Bank in Vietnam.
Though of course the card will have it's own charges attached.
If you are going to 'withdraw the max' then Kalixa Pay is best. Especially as there are no charges for purchases, against the 1.4% for the FairFx Anywhere.0 -
I deffo think the best card for you would be the FairFX anywhere card. I found some really good information on this card here

I hope that helps and enjoy your 2 months travelling :-)0 -
