Sky not responded to complaint

I discovered Sky had taken an extra £100 from my account at the start of they year. The online web advisor took 45 minutes to be no help at all. I wrote a letter of complaint 4 weeks ago but have heard nothing back. I rung up and spoke to someone who said there had been an error and they wold rectify it. I asked their supervisor for details in writing of why I had been overcharged and confirmation that I had not been over charged in the past. I have heard nothing.


I don't like the fact they have taken money they shoudnt have over at least 2 mths and not responded to my letter.


Any advice on what to do next please?
