Just thought I'd share my latest crochet project for DDIL's sister.

we had a massive thunderstorm with hail this afternoon just as we left the hospital, we were both soaked to the skin by the time we got back to the car
more bad news, just been told i have myopic macular degeneration and cataracts in both eyes, but because it is early days not much can be done, it is a wait and see sort of thing, pardon the pun........ i am only 55
have to go back in 9 months for another check up.
must admit to having a little cry when we got back and i have a southern comfort in front of me now. it just feels like my body has given up on me with everything that has been going on for the last couple of years feels like i am a female jonah
really annoyed at the young registrar i saw who decided that he could bully me about my weight and i should go swimming twice a week and go on a diet and excercise blah blah blah all very well if you have the money and are healthy and i have vowed never to diet again after forty years of yoyo dieting.
anyway !!!!!! has that got to do with my eyes :mad: then he grabbed my operated hand to move it. bloody hell i gave out a shout :eek:

Evening everyone
Nipping in last thing again. Not much os as it is my full day at work today. Meant to have done some revision tonight but feel so tired and not done much, got a couple more days, exam on Thursday.
