Hi,
So I sent them a letter to say they were in default of my cca. Today I received a response from them that said that the credit agreement was unavailable, and althoughtthey are unable to enforce any proceedings they would continue to collect for the debt.
they said that to make the credit agreement available I would have to submit a SAR with a cheque for £10.
I should also point out that they didn't return my £1 postal order.
what can I do now? Is this where I tell them to go away?
Thanks for any feedback.0 -

Basically yes !!
No credit agreement available means that they cant take this any further.
They can, and will, probably still send you letters, but no agreement = no CCJ.
This is Littlewoods all over, they rarely keep accurate records, and even rarer is a signed credit agreement.
I would respond with the following :
Dear Sirs,
Re acc no : xxxxxxxxxx
Thank you for your letter dated xx/xx/xxxx.
As you have confirmed to me that you hold no valid credit agreement for the above account, and therefore you are unable to enforce said agreement in court, please do not contact me again about this matter.
