EE are selling this for £49.99 http://consumer.huawei.com/en/mobile-broadband/mobile-wifi/gallery/e5776-en.htm
Three are selling this for £79.99 http://consumer.huawei.com/en/mobile-broadband/mobile-wifi/gallery/e5372-en.htm
(both on flexible 30 day contracts)
The e5372 looks more high tech and it put a stop to me buying the e5776 from ee. (both can be unlocked for 99p)
I saw it at the three store and I asked the clerk which was better the e5372 or e5776. The three staff bulshitted me and told me that the e5776 was advanced 3G and not 4G. Basically sales ploy to get me to buy the one you have.
The connectivity specs looks exactly the same. It seems they just modelled it different. The e5372 has removable battery and additional external antennae slot. But is that worth the additional £30?
ANyone whose a bit more tech savvy than the three staff care to indulge?
Searched but couldn't find anything apart from this who simply state what the device looks like and what the stated features are. http://www.4gltemall.com/blog/difference-between-huawei-e5776-and-e5372/

As you say, not that much difference. Battery capacity may be significant for you as might the support for both the 5GHz and 2.4GHz WiFi band.
If you intend to use the device on an occasional basis then personally I would buy the cheap one.....
However my forum name says it all !0 -
yeah. I think you're right. I have a 3G mifi already and 4G came out just weeks after I bought mine and was so annoyed with myself for not researching.0

It depends on your likely use and location.
Other than EE, most other networks 4G is patchy even in cities.
I have a PAYG 3 SIM and I was amazed how little 4G coverage I got even in inner London.
If you have a 3G MiFi unless it will be your only Internet connection for long periods I would save your money.
I've a couple of different 3G MiFi style devices which I use on holiday and I won't be rushing to upgrade. Wherever I go on holiday in the UK it seems that even 3G is hit & miss.
I was in the Lake District and only o2 had any coverage at all and they could only do 2G.0
