W850i Question

My phone isn't recording calls in the call history and I can't find an option to turn this on or off. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

it should automatically record the calls.

try updating the firmware via SEUS

Its on three so I don't want to upgrade the firmware. It did use to, it has a few calls from Christmas time. It just appears to have stopped.

SEUS will put the latest 3 branded software on the phone for you.

if you dont want to use SEUS, try a settings reset (settings > master reset > settings reset). i dont know if it will work.

this issue is usually a software fault, as i think the k800i had the same issue on early firmwares
