Hi guys
thanks for the kind words I just can't believe it, I have never had issues with the police before not even a speeding ticket and it is so worrying with my job. Esp when I havent done anything wrong!
I just hope they dismiss the case (not that there is any evidence infact I have CCTV of them doing damage) but I have to say I feel very let down by the police.
I do not feel safe at home, I've had to spend money I wanted to save and It all sucks really.

Hello all.
Well great news the case has been dropped! I no longer have the criminal record hanging over my head. However I am £750 down as had to hire a solicitor to defend myself.
also, pretty annoyed at previous owner and have emailed my solicitor to ask about what I should do with regards to the issues that he faced and I am now facing.
Interestingly, now we are building a drive he considered this but ruled it out at it was too expensive. We are now doing this at the cost of a GLUP massive £7k. However, I feel it will only add the value of the house and provide comfort. Also, I feel it will stop the pressure as far as the nightmare neighbours are concerned as cars will be safely on our drive rather than out the back in public.
I have had to take out a cc with 0% no fee money transfer for £2k and some purchases on 0% (both 36 months) for £2k but paying off more than min. and saving £300 in an account which will pay out 5% next October. This should fully pay this off and savings will effectively 'off set' borrowing.
we have also had to buy DH a new car as having spent £1,000 already this year it was needing a huge amount (over £1,500) of work and service MOT. They took his old car and are doing a 0% deal which costs £250 a month. He has also got a new job which means he will become debt free hopefully within the next few years and all interest paying debt (aside from a loan which is due to be paid off in Aug 18 which we cannot repay early due to exit charges) moved to 0%.
I am working on being more positive. Having a dog is very good for mental health and the regular exercise, stress and wight watchers has got me 50 pounds lighter since May.
I haven't turned to drink or spending to relieve the pressure - again a great improvement!
christmas and birthdays for next few months all sorted (aside from food for christmas)
thank you all so much for the support it is nice to have 'normal' worries again! xx

Hi all
Had another run in with these neighbours where he kicked the puppy! Can you believe it? Kicking poor little Penny is so nasty what has she ever done!? Crazy. As per normal police worse than useless.
on a happier note it is nearly christmas and I am off 'home' on thursday - very exciting!
Hope everyone is well? xx

Thanks Lucky - I am not letting some idiot ruin my lovely house etc any more.
The drive it nearly done and I cannot wait to see my little car parked where I can keep an eye on it and know it is safe. Plus - I do love my lovely garden too.
Merry Christmas everyone! xxx

Dear all
I have been MIA for a while. So a but of an update for you all.
I left my job as I was head hunted for another (much better paying) but an hour each way commute.
It is for a large company and alongside huge benefits I've also had a couple of nice bonuses. Did I save these? NOPE! I paid for us to go on a lush holiday this time last year and it was worth every penny.
However, as of April this year we decided (less than 2 years after buying it!) that we wanted out of our house. I've never 'loved' it and with all the issues I had just after we moved in - I haven't felt safe nor able to properly relax.
My new job pays well and DH works not too far away so we are moving to this amazing spa town.
The sale of house has been a nightmare. Sold the first weekend and then 3 weeks later buyers pulled out. So then it sat, lagging, without any viewings in May! CRAZY! Finally sold again in August.
All was going well, but then just this weekend, when we are all ready to exchange, they ask for discount. We've agreed.
The house we are buying from, the owners are bankrupt. This causes all sorts of complications and now mortgage is ending within the next month and I am stressing we wont get it all sorted.
I got an amazing rate but fingers crossed.
My boss at my new job is proper lush, I feel challenged, appreciated and very lucky.
Hope you are all still well xx
