Can anyone think of a reason why there should be a difference between creating a new email and a "reply to.." email ?
My Mother-in-law is on AOL and still uses their email system (why, I don't know) - which is now run by TalkTalk
I am on Nildram - which is TalkTalk and she has to "reply to .." my emails rather than create a new email - or she gets a "recipient unknown" error message........

Has she tried removing you from her contacts list and re-adding you?
(This is just to rule out issues with the contact-list address).:wall: Flagellation, necrophilia and bestiality - Am I flogging a dead horse? :wall:
