Vodafone Interventions
I'm seeking any documented reports or guidance of where an Ombudsman or legally competent authority has challenged Vodafone, or recorded against them, with respect to their contract terms, customer services competency or business practices.
- anything pre-2010 which Vodafone have failed to address;
- anything between 2010-2012 which would have changed "rules" or acted as operating guidance;
- anything 2012 onwards which has determined unfair terms or practices.
Any documents don't necessarily have to be Vodafone specific, i.e. can be for all communication providers.
