I had a lot of problems with all the plants from a large order last year, I was really disappointed but did put it down to the bad weather. One plant totally died another they sent an alternative that was cheaper than I'd paid and then found that it flowered at a different time to the one I'd ordered. Then the tree lilly bulbs we ordered were 3 different types except when they came up they were all the same, admittedly I rang them and they sent another set, they are yet to flower so we shall see. I think I got their number from saynoto0870.com always managed to get through.
As a result haven't bought anything from them this year and looking at this thread am unlikely to.0
