Glitch on RyanAir website makes it impossible to enter correct DOB for check in

I have tried three different browsers (IE, Google, Firefox) to no avail. It's my first time using Ryanair's check in, and when I go to enter my DOB, the date that appears in the box appears one year and one month before my actual DOB.

To try and counteract this bug, I tried selecting the year above (i.e. selecting 1978 makes 1977 appear in the box), but it's impossible for me to enter the correct day, because if I select the subsequent month, there are not enough days in the month to try and get around the glitch (I was born at the end of the month).

It's absurd that such a big website cannot get a simple DOB form correct, and it's impossible to enter it manually. I don't want to get to the check in and be stung for a mistake of their making. Has anyone else encountered this and is there anything else I can do short of calling them up?

E-mail them. They are obliged by Regulation 6(1)(c) of the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002 to respond to you rapidly, directly and effectively. At least you will have put it on record if you are charged any additional fees later. Also take screenshots (saved in PNG format).
