I find myself instead making a coffee, then adding the hot choc and then topping up with boiling water! It is not what I expected from my machine tbh.

I buy all 3, but yes the kids complain that the suchard comes up short. That's why they've been nicking the milks from the lattes to top them up :mad:. Ive ordered extra milks this time. No problems with the other ones. Is it just this one that it happens with? I know DM had a dodgy machine that was measuring the water out wrong and he got a replacement.
Poor OH, he's the only one that drinks latte and even then it's not often. He went to make one the other day and all the milks were gone.:o
