Thankyou so much for your kind words and wishes. The main pressure I put on myself is feeling that I must get out for a glitch to provide for my family. I haven't been able to work for a long time and don't claim benefits so I see money saving as my contribution iykwim. Often going out makes me physically ill but I am trying to be kinder to myself. The exposure response therapy requires me to go out and face up to my fears but I am struggling to make any improvements with it( due to not being able to face fears) xxIm home, it stopped chucking it down while i paid for my ticket and walked to the car, then started again, the sun shines on the righteous:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Hubby going to get soaked again:eek:

tweets I'm like that too! It's the needles bring me out in tears (I turn into a blubbering wreck). I refuse to go dentist unless absolutely necessary as the thought of it scares me
I had some teeth out a few years ago and the only way they could do it was under a general as I refused to let them take them out under a local.
I'm making myself sound like a right wuss today :rotfl:
I also have a fear of water and heights, it's a wonder I actually go anywhere sometimes
I also have a fear of heights and water also going up ladders.
When DS was small and had to go for his injections my mum had to come with us and take him in for his jabs
I do go to the dentist every 6 months and pray no work is needed I have done well cant remember last time I needed work but tooth needs taking out or refilling its very delicate and I am eating on left side. I was nearly in tears in dentist cancelling my next 6 month appointment and making one for toothI came out shaking :rotfl::rotfl:
Just remembered escalators another one takes me ages before I can stand on first step
Anymore of the Elite going to confess to having phobias0 -
bubbs stole all the hairdryers
stubby stole all the wine
Simples
It is your fault poor ccj gets us mixed up.
Probably read Stubby that sounds like bubbs and as no one else calls me it didn't have a clue who I was.
Oh and cj, David. will never let it go if you get hold of a good glitch to yourself.
I do hope he does let go of zippy's meat though. :rotfl:0 -

. In fact, the thunder sounded like a gun being shot and made me jump in my chair :o
The DW is putting up party balloons and banners she nearly fell of the chair she was stood on when we heard the thunder.
And she did a runner across the living room :rotfl:
Of course I was concerned roaring laughing and chocking on my cup of tea :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
