 thunder storm
I've just been on google as couldn't remember the name of my phobia
A sign that someone has astraphobia is a very heightened interest in weather forecasts. An astraphobic person will be alert for news of incoming storms. They may watch the weather on television constantly during rainy bouts and may even track thunderstorms online.
That makes me sound really obcessive as I do have a thunderstorm tracking website bookmarked on my laptop
I have the school run to do in an hour and don't know how I'm going to get out the house
Hopefully it will have passed over by the time you go out. They don't normally last that long. It's not nice when something scares you like that0 -

I am never going back to bed once Im up again! I had a really weird dream that unusually I can remember in great detail.......about you lot
Yes I dreamt that we all went to a big mass meet up and at the end of it everyone was in my house  (only the house in my dream had a nicer main bathroom than mine :rotfl:) I now have scarily clear mental images of lots of you, down to hairstyles, tatoos and what clothes were worn. Just BIZARRE! :rotfl::rotfl:
........feeling less tired though even if I am freaked out!
Please elucidate :rotfl: I would love to know who was in your dream and how you saw themOh dear I didn't mean that when I posted. No one has been unkind about the scars, quite the opposite.
It is that DD3 is too self conscious of them is what I meant that she is the one not going out. And without training she does not seem to have a reason to go out anymore unless it's shopping with me.
Hi MJWPTC btw. Hope all your jumpers doing well this season with the new competition rules.
When I was having Hydrotherapy there were 2 young girls who had operations on their legs and were very self conscious of the scars, physiotherapist said there was a special skin like strip they could get from the hospital to hid the scars if they wanted to wear shots or go swimming. Also Red Cross does camouflage make-up for scars, teaches how to apply it and works out best colour match.0 -

I too am not normally swayed by big brands and advertising, often the cheaper brands are equally good or the difference in quality is barely anything. I think its only chocolate where I'm fussy about the taste. Cadburys has a distinctive taste which is lacking in other brands which are bland in comparison. Generally though I'm not fussy about different foods or brands
Dippy and Bubbs, I've got some for you :rotfl:Tiger
I'm a body double for Claudia Schiffer and i wont get out of bed for less than [STRIKE]£10k per day[/STRIKE] a 1p find0 -
I know I'm going to get soaked too:rotfl::rotfl:
I'll only get soaked if I can actually convince myself to get out the house
I blame Tiger for sending it my way  :rotfl:

ooh yes, what did everyone look like??:D
well a good thing i see is lots of beer, crisp, asda own brand things. I also spy £3.98 Airwick (hoping it's a candle that's £2 in T). Will post in ten mins
Sorry to put a downer - I think mine had an Airwick too and it did nowt. Don't they all buy the same?:( Looks like they have virtually identical items to my last big receipt; I nearly thought my eyes had gone crossed and that I was looking at the same receipt twice (how boring!:(:rotfl:). In fact, two of my receipts (neither of them any returns) - the shops were very similar indeed. And those £1.50 grapes!!:mad: Every flippin' time!:(:rotfl: Come on - I want some nice, different items that are much cheaper at one elsewhere!!0 -
