Couldn't find the squeezy mango chutney only the glass bottle... Are people finding the squeezy near these or with the mayo and sauces? Thankyou

fairclaire wrote: »Thank you Nenen, what a lovely post and really helpful. The treatment he is having just now isn't NHS treatment. He has had several courses of CBT on the NHS and they have helped him. I just don't think they are specific enough to his problems. He has chronic PTSD. The treatment he is having now is aimed specifically at people who have suffered military trauma and is being funded by the regiment he was in.
He is part of his own problem. He could go in for residential treatment and respite at Combat Stres in Shropshire (he has done in the past, although he only lasted 3 days) but he won't budge. No amount of pushing is convincing him to go there again. The treatment he is getting is helping believe it or not. Its just making some symptoms worse, in the short term. I think he will always have relapses, hopefully just not as severe as this one. I definitely cope with it a lot better than I used to
FC - I'm not sure if I've told you about EFT? Emotional Freedom Therapy. It's founder Gary Craig used it initially on Vietnam vets suffering from PTSD who had tried other treatments for years with no success. It REALLY works well. Has cured many of PTSD - the success rate is phenomenal.
I used to use it a LOT when we did health shows - had people in floods of tears that ended up laughing after it. The release is unbelievable - I can only liken it to having a fireman's hose attached to your feet and everything nasty (feels like a gusher) draining extremely quickly out through your feet, when it works.
It has to be seen to be believed. It's extremely easy to learn - you can learn in 5 mins the basics BUT emphasis must be placed on affirmations, even though the suffering person might think it's a load of rubbish to start with.

I did have a load of EFT CD's DVD's including some that were specific to PTSD. I'm not sure if these were stolen, along with everything else from our holiday place BUT I can search them out online & also see if I have copies I could send you. I know I sent copies to friends (you're encouraged to) so can see if they still have them.
Have I told you about EFT before? If I haven't them shame on me!
Loads of videos on EFT from Gary Craig (just look at his as he's the best & the founder) https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=Gary+Craig+EFT+PTSD0 -
