FC - I'm not sure if I've told you about EFT? Emotional Freedom Therapy. It's founder Gary Craig used it initially on Vietnam vets suffering from PTSD who had tried other treatments for years with no success. It REALLY works well. Has cured many of PTSD - the success rate is phenomenal.

I used to use it a LOT when we did health shows - had people in floods of tears that ended up laughing after it. The release is unbelievable - I can only liken it to having a fireman's hose attached to your feet and everything nasty (feels like a gusher) draining extremely quickly out through your feet, when it works.
It has to be seen to be believed. It's extremely easy to learn - you can learn in 5 mins the basics BUT emphasis must be placed on affirmations, even though the suffering person might think it's a load of rubbish to start with.

I did have a load of EFT CD's DVD's including some that were specific to PTSD. I'm not sure if these were stolen, along with everything else from our holiday place BUT I can search them out online & also see if I have copies I could send you. I know I sent copies to friends (you're encouraged to) so can see if they still have them.

Have I told you about EFT before? If I haven't them shame on me!

Loads of videos on EFT from Gary Craig (just look at his as he's the best & the founder) https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=Gary+Craig+EFT+PTSD

Thank you very much :A It never ceases to amaze me the diversity of the information posted on this thread! It's also touching that people are willing to take time to help out with information.....links etc. :T:T:T
