The difference is the power of the drill/driver

    like a 500w hoover compared to a 1000w hoover

This one in sainsbobs is good value for the money :)

Many thanks for that but OOS :(

That was me :o. I use 2-3ml of the flora cuisine 500ml for £1 - We think it adds a nicer flavour than oil PLUS (it's a big plus once you get used to it) if you use spray oil or ordinary oil it seems to disappear so you have to spray more when you turn chips whereas this seems to coat better & you can still see it's on them. You'll probably use it almost daily instead of using oven. It's surprising how much you can do in it. It's REALLY ideal for 2 people. Although we initially thought the basket was too small to do much in I've found that I often add fish/chicken on top of chips when they are half or 1/3 done & it cooks plenty for the 2 of us.

Thank you - your tips are really useful ( if you don't mind I may need to pick your brains a bit more once I get it up and running) .

Thanks for asking Mildred - I hope that PD's doing better than me with it, I was back to smoking at the weekend after a few upsets last week, though much less than before.

I'm back trying to stop today, but the cravings are so bad (even with the nicotine thingies) that I can't concentrate on work :(

Oh well, I'll keep trying :)

Hope you're feeling better from the lurgy soon

Come on you can do it........we're all here willing you .......pleez don't go back, you can do it...be strong (hugs) xxxxxx

Feel free to ask - you may need to message me as I don't spend as much time on here as I used to. It's very much trial & error but just bear in mind that it takes less time than it says on packaging (usually about 2/3rds) AND also the temp needs to be anywhere between 20-40C less. It's so small it's really efficient at cooking.

Glitches/offers that are of some use to me not just because they are cheap ;)

That way its a lot easier to get what you actually want/need rather than rushing out just because someone has posted bikini wax is going through for 10p if you wear a kilt and find a sa called Bob with a beard and a nose ring with a tatoo of an anchor on his left butt cheek ;)

Chase everything you will end up with a headache, disappointed ,a grumpy other half and a house full of stuff you have no use for;)

Chill read the deals and think do I want/need/have I ever thought of buying that or am I putting my shoes on just because its cheap
    :rotfl:

Good job I read that to see if it made any sense at all or it would have been bikini waz for 10p

    Guilty as charged m'lord. :o

David. is right Nenen, I used to rush off at the drop of a hat, but have slowed down considerably. :)

I mostly go for stuff I need now and don't already have a stash of. Although I get drawn into the buzz of getting bits for a penny at Ts, that is a hard one to resist.

I don't try and mix a normal shop with glitchy stuff for PP or APG, I would rather spend the extra £1 on known ok fillers than trying to research whether this or that is more expensive and would muck up my shop, if that makes sense. So I do normal shops where I just buy what I need or is whoopsied or I get small targeted shops. Otherwise I end up too flustered. ;)

I know some of what I buy in a normal shop may be cheaper elsewhere but I save enough money getting stashes of glitchy stuff, I don't let it worry me. :)

Not to feel like the poor scottish cousin, we dont have a welly room or wellies. Why would I need them ? I know it rains here everyday but not to welly level.

My daughter does have what could affectionately be called a "shoe" room. Its the fourth bedroom that we have kitted out as her dressing room. She loves it !! I was going to have a guest room but that idea went out the window but then I was going to have a diningroom but the boys claimed it as library/gym

I may have to move out ! :rotfl:

:rotfl::rotfl: That's what the kids call it. It's a porchy thing at the back of the house where all the wellies live :D

That's exactly what Mr TS wants, I knew exactly what you meant. ;)
