She bought a new one in the end:D

For rental properties the best machine to buy is a Miele - you never hear from the tenants :)

I only make the difference 0.5lbs? Am I missing something? :o

I always tried to do my weigh in each week couple of days after my last fast day because of the ups and downs of it. Have done a week of fasting yesterday. And today looks like I have lost 4lb since bank holiday Monday. But will weigh again tomorrow to make sure. ;)

I hope you find a way of keeping the weight off now you have done so well. :T

Sorry, I was dozing while typing - I meant to type 9st 9.5 lbs ie 2.5 up.

I asked John my wee man if he could not do it- he said it will not pass the mot without being patched up. I said matey the alternator is £400 this van must think I am some sort of charity.
