You know I'm joking :o your mechanic sounds like a decent bloke? I'm sure he won't mind checking to see if his work may have inadvertently caused a problem?
Local garages rely on returning customers and are usually a lot more helpful than bigger places :)

    Of course I do! :D :kisses3:

Yeah he is more than decent so I'll pop round and see him in the morning. I'm sure he must be missing my by now, it's been almost a couple of weeks :rotfl::rotfl:

Job hunt - well I went back to Crewe for the London at Virgin Trains recruitment on Thursday. I walked in for registration and the woman said do we know you. When she realised it was me if looks could have killed I'd have been dead. :rotfl:

No reply from that yet. Fingers crossed.

Unfortunately no greenhouse or I'd have love to have had some. Hope you are well. :)

We'll top marks for trying! Persistence never harmed anyone! :)

I'm good thank you. I might try and offload the plants on one of the local schools, as DM said I can't bear to throw them away after nurturing them from seeds :o

I think I'll be seeing plenty of that woman. Glasgow, Edinburgh and Carlisle recruitment closes Friday. :T

There are 3 fantastic true life books that everyone should read:

Devils Knot - Mara Leveritt, it's about the West Memphis 3. A group of 3 teens (the oldest 16) wrongfully charged with 3 murders, 2 ended up on Death Row, Damien Echolls was due to go on the chair but was saved with a couple days to spare. Really in depth look at the lack of evidence against them & multiple evidence around other people. Can't go into too much details but here's a link http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/West_Memphis_Three

Then there is Damien Echolls autobiography Almost Home - it details his fight through his life. AMAZING

A controversial pick maybe but Saddam Hussein's The Secret Life - is another amazing book, just don't do what I did & stupidly take it to read on a plane[/

My dad often sends mebooks he thinks I might enjoy. One was 'Living in a house on fire', true story/memories of someone whose mother was an alcoholic. It is a must read. The other book I recommend is 'A Shapely ankle preferred'. Which is made up of single wanted ads from 1700's to present day. Some advertisments for wives ect and notes prolific cases of bigamy and murder.

If travelling I like Shopie Kinsella aka Madelaine Wickham but sometimes I just randomly download a top 10 book. Always finding newspaper reviews of books I fancy reading. A lot of books are very different from the films and The Exotic Marigold Hotel is completely different from film and in a good way.

    Evening all

Nice day, my friend came over and we went looking at laptops as I am in dire need of new one. Then whoopsies at mr t and morrisons which were not good.
New poles up in kitchen to hang ikea sheves from which look great now filled with coloured glasses.

Alot of pages to catch up on tonight.
    Hope everyone is well :)
