Ryanair website actually easy to use

Ryanair are a nasty bunch, definitely one to avoid in my experience.
Their whole business model is based upon scamming unsuspecting holidaymakers with add ons and surcharges. And what a lout their boss is -he really doesn't give a toss what anyone thinks.0 -
Ryanair are getting a bit more customer focused. The new website, allocated seating, free second hand baggage item is all part of a strategy to be more accommodating to their paying punters, and move away from the old "if you don't like it f**k you" reputation so beloved by MOL.
It's a strategy that they had to follow really as the market has matured. Back in the day when low cost was growing they were so cheap they could just do what they wanted as people would still fly due to the price. These days their margins have increased and they realised that if there was only a few quid in it people were paying a little extra to fly with another airline (the orange lot, Norwegian with it's highly rated service, monarch, jet2 etc).
The new strategy is win win fior everyone. I even saw a Ryanair TV advert the other day! They've got some distance to go in certain areas but they're getting there!0 -

Coming from a proud reader of the Sun newspaper ? :rotfl:0 -
The new website was badly needed and I'm glad that it is much quicker to use and less in-your-face.
Never had a problem flying Ryanair in the past as I know they are cheap and expect a no-frills service. And I always make sure to get to the airport at least 4 hours before I fly! Most complaints seem to be from people that either expect Ryanair to operate exactly like BA or like to depart for the airport as the last possible minute.0 -

Tell me more, O'Leary hater.
What has the great Michael done to affect your buzz.
The usual boarding pass scam: party of four booked package holiday and got fleeced £320 at the airport for four bits of paper. Then mega stress trying to get them printed out from the hotel for the way back - put a damper on the whole holiday.
In their t & C's ? maybe. I didn't book. The person that did the group booking isn't a contract lawyer, just a punter wanting a package holiday. Legal - probably, ethical -no.
As for silly usernames, perhaps 'Sun the great Reader' might make more sense? :rotfl:0 -

Ah,I thought so.
Another numpty unable to follow clear instructions not only on the Ryanair website but in the email sent in advance to everyone clearly stating that online check-in and boarding passes have to be done in advance to avoid a charge at the airport.
Something which the majority of the 82.5 million people who travelled with FR last year had no trouble comprehending.
Nope, you stick with the SunReader moniker - it's very appropriate.0 -

So my translation of your original post was correct then. You don't need to read the T&C to know that you must print BP's from home, just one of the many email reminders they send you about this. Thousands of people fly with them every day without problems and I doubt they are all contract lawyers.0
