You can't, as far as I know.
If you have a problem, you need to post it on the section that applies - in your case, the Credit Card problem section, which you are in, so you can post what the issue is, and then, hopefully, people will give you some advice.
For faulty goods, maybe the Consumer Advice section would be best.
LinYou can tell a lot about a woman by her hands..........for instance, if they are placed around your throat, she's probably slightly upset.0 -
You could PM him on here, or use Twitter, but don't expect a quick response I'm sure he gets hundreds of messages.0

Why Martin Lewis? There's lots of people on here that can offer you good advice. Or are you not interested in it unless it comes from Martin?0

Some people want an authoritative figure to reassure them, rather than some stranger on the internet. Although combined advice and debate between forum users would probably give better advice than just from Martin.Credit 'Score' - Don't buy the credit 'score' that Experian, Equifax and Noddle want to sell you. It's an arbitrary number that means nothing when it comes to applying for credit.
ALWAYS HAVE A DIRECT DEBIT SET UP FOR THE MINIMUM PAYMENT ON YOUR CREDIT CARDS, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOU PLAN TO LOGIN AND PAY EACH MONTH.0 -

If I wanted authoritative advice I wouldn't be asking a journalist!

Wasn't that The Life of Brian?
That's the famous "I'm Spartacus" scene from Stanley Kubrick's "Spartacus" (1960)
