  You can't, as far as I know.
  
  If you have a problem, you need to post it on the section that applies - in your case, the Credit Card problem section, which you are in, so you can post what the issue is, and then, hopefully, people will give you some advice.
  
  For faulty goods, maybe the Consumer Advice section would be best.

  Some people want an authoritative figure to reassure them, rather than some stranger on the internet. Although combined advice and debate between forum users would probably give better advice than just from Martin.

  Credit 'Score' - Don't buy the credit 'score' that Experian, Equifax and Noddle want to sell you. It's an arbitrary number that means nothing when it comes to applying for credit.
