A few to avoid, fairly poor rep based on my experiences

Manhattan showers / new era - terrible after sales and they don't even know what changes have happened to the range as time goes on. Most made in china now

Roman showers - always found poor design,

Lakes - from the few i have done the 6 and 8mm always rattle like mad and some have no adjustment on the door rollers

Aquafina - PTS own brand.....JUNK

Matki (may not have what we want/need)

Kholer Daryl
Eastbrook (not so sure about this, got a catalogue but unsure whether durable)
Aqualux (maybe).

I am also researching to find out the difference (quality, durability, etc) of 6mm vs 8mm glass. Also whether this EasyClean, Shield, etc is something serious or just a gimmick/sale point. Trying to understand the "lifetime warranty" some makes offer, etc.

Pretty time consuming, but hopefully it will hold for 10-15years.
