KIFL is looking for previous versions of the GPEOL statement, not the latest one.
KIFL ... have you pinged Pranky a note? He probably has a few.0 -
Yea asked pranky.
Come on can't let this drop to page two....
Someone must have one or has helped someone with a Vcs appeal......Proud to be a member of the Anti Enforcement Hobbyist Gang.:D:T0 -
I like how they charge the cost of allowing appeals to GPEOL. If the appeal is allowed then they cannot put that as a cost on another motorist.0

So how can there be a charge for the second stage appeal, it doesn't reach that stage if it goes to popla? Also the letters there is no reminder letters etc if they go to popla, so that charge is not true. So they save themselves about £20 if it goes straight to popla.
It's just carp though as it probably costs them a maximum of about a tenner all told, the rest is profit! And talking of that, do they have a profit share with the landowner? If so where is the calculation for that ?
And if they are making a loss on every ticket they issue, whether paid at £60 or £100 how do they account for over £125k in their bank accounts?

And of course the sister company are making a loss to, but have £2.3m in their bank accounts

So does that mean part of the charge they have issued to Mr X is to cover the loss of income of a POPLA decision of an unfair penalty on Mrs Y?
They can't have it both ways, surely! If a street trader tried something similar people would be up in arms and calling it a ****!0 -
I have versions 1.4 and 1.8, both POPLA and litigation (includes POPLA costs), for Excel and VCS. I also have some unversioned ones, from before they began versioning them.
If anyone has missing versions, please get in touch.
There are, as expected, a whole heap of contradictions between versions.Hi, we’ve approved your signature. It's awesome. Please email the forum team if you want more praise - MSE ForumTeam0 -

Just happened across this thread after a search for the text in the document I have received. Mine is Version: 1.8_VCS__Manual_POPLA which relates to PCNs stuck on the windscreen. Would you like a copy of this emailing or are you just looking for pre version 1.8?0
