Samsung S5 - just the phone

I only seem to find deals with the S5 as a package with a contract.
I already have PAYG with Three that I am happy with (and I think I can upgrade to 4G for free) so where can I find a Samsung S5 just the phone??Thanks

OK thanks for that I must be looking in the wrong places, or in the wrong way!
I think what suprised me was the MSE tool assumed that anyone wanting a phone would want it as a package and not just to buy the phone alone.
