Numbering the estate.
I notice Ghibli's forms had 2 RBS accounts numbered separately.
I had 5 accounts under the same bank/building society and listed all the accounts under the same number.
I only say this as separate Certificates of Conformity are issued for each entry number.

Two RBS accounts were in Scotland and the other was in England so the English one had to be separate. I asked RBS about the address of the English account (account was opened in Scotland but is operated by RBS Investments in England) and if I could use the Edinburgh Head Office Address but they said it must be listed as England.
I thought each account had to have a separate entry, but it made no difference in my case as neither one of the Scottish accounts needed a Confirmation Certificate as RBS had already paid them to me. I can see it would save money if you can list several accounts that need Certificates under one number on the Inventory, though.1 -
Can someone help with the C1 declaration. We are dealing with a late aunt. She stayed in England and made will there, but returned to Scotland 15 years ago. We have submitted the confirmation twice, but its been rejected as they say we need to put deceased address in declaration. Has anyone any passed declarations that are worded right for this part of the form. Everything else is fine, it is just the declaration I am getting worded wrongly.

Could you type up what you put in the section and tell us which section is being rejected?
Remove person details.
Or just click back one page on the thread and read the sample that was posted there yesterday? If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -

What is the relationship between executors and aunt?
Apart from aun't address, are there any other names and addresss differences from the will?

1 Executor and the notes that have came back are asking for will to be docquetted?

The executor is the sister of deceased. Declaration part is fine, but asking for will to be docquetted by executor?

Slightly puzzled. You ask for help on declaration then say declaration is fine. Anyhow, here is a suggestion for the declaration based on the information you gave.
That I am
the executor-nominate of the deceased conform to her will dated (insert date) which is herewith exhibited, docquetted and signed by me as relative herewith and that I am the sister of the full blood of the deceased. In said will the deceased is designed as residing at (insert will address), a previous address. The will is docketed as described in the guidance C3. See example in GhibliFan’s post at https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4965475/grant-of-confirmation/p43
The docket needs to have the same date as the C1.
