first and only warning letter received 9th of April saying that if I don't pay outstanding of £204.46 they will change my meter. THIS AMOUNT HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL. only very recent bill is outstanding which is £104.000

so when was the last bill you have jsut paid been produced?Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
