How long do you give someone to pay?

It has happened a lot to us recently after having little trouble the past couple of years. Recently we have had at least 5 none payers. Many after waiting plenty of time and trying to communicate with them,
One was a bike they said they would pick up on 4 different days and never did.
After sufficient time we just open an unpaid item case , re-list and get the final value fee back. We now make sure we say we want immediate payment.INACTIVE ACCOUNT0 -
