Thanks for confirming I am doing my bit. A pity your colleague at the "help" desk did not agree. It seems to me that part of the problem is BG outsourcing and a reduction in bodies to read the meters?

Pleased to report success. I phoned again and got a helpful lady who agreed to reset my DD to the orriginal ammount. I guess "Brian" is just a jobs worth or maybe he was having an off day.
